Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days of payment. These are seven working days and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC, THEIR MAY BE SOME DELAYS BUT WE WILL DO OUR UPMOST TO KEEP YOU INFORMED.

All deliveries are made by national carrier or Royal Mail.
If you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card is usually left for you to contact the carriers to make further arrangements.
Orders with a value up to £5 have a delivery charge of £2.50
Orders with a total value £5.01 - £15 have a delivery charge of £4.50 and all orders above £15 have a delivery charge of £8.50
Delivery is to any MAINLAND address in England, Wales and parts of Scotland.
Some Highland areas of Scotland may incur a surcharge. In this instance we will contact you by email.
We can deliver to other areas such as Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man etc.
However, we will contact you with any additional delivery charges applied by our carriers.
For security reasons, we can only deliver to the address where the payment card is registered.
Any damages must be reported to BST Accessories within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photo evidence.
