Pricing
BST Accessories aims to reflect the most accurate information on items offered at all times. We will make all reasonable efforts to present accurate information but we cannot guarantee the price or our ability to supply any particular item. Occasionally publishers may increase their prices unexpectedly, and this is often something we become aware of only upon ordering stock. In the event that this occurs, or in the event of a pricing error howsoever caused, we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). VAT is included in all prices and is calculated at 20%.
Security
BST Accessories uses 128 bit SSL encryption and verified fraud prevention to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet.
Deliveries:
BST aim to dispatch orders within seven working days of receipt of payment. This excludes weekends and/or bank holidays.
We advise you not to book trades persons until you have received and checked your order. Unavoidable delays can occur with deliveries. We are not liable for any tradespersons costs or compensation in any way.
Refunds & Guarantees
BST Accessories operates a 'no questions asked' returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations if you return your item within 14 working days of receiving delivery of your order. Please note that any costs incurred when returning your items during this period will be at your own cost, unless the item is damaged, or was sent in error. Please email: info@bstaccessories.co.uk .This policy does not extend to any perishable items, sealed audio, video recordings or computer software (which have been unsealed), which are subject to our standard returns policy (see below). All guarantees given are manufacturers guarantees and are subject to their conditions. BST is not responsible for any damage to customers goods or services or injury howsoever caused. Services of tradesmen should not be booked until orders have been received and checked.
All orders will be acknowledged to the given email address and it is up to the customer to check that the acknowledgment is accurate to the order. Once despatched, any incorrectly ordered item can be returned subject to the conditions below.
Standard Returns Policy
Once you have placed an order with us, we operate the following
returns procedures.
You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after the
date you received the goods.
In this instance, we will refund the purchase in full if the item is returned in its original intact packaging and unused.
Any costs involved in returning unwanted items will be at the buyers expense.

We would normally request the reason for wanting to return the
item and would need a copy of the original purchase invoice.
If the item is faulty in any way, we will of course refund in
full or replace the item depending on your wishes. We will confirm if we need the faulty item returned. If we do, the replacement will be dispatched when we have received the faulty
If the item is faulty or damaged, please send photographic
evidence if at all possible.
If we have supplied your order incorrectly, we will endeavour to rectify as soon as possible.
Electric heated towel rails are made to order and are "Special Orders" and as such are not able to be cancelled or refunded.
After the 14 day period, regretfully we are unable to accept return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items except in exceptional circumstances.
If it is agreed that the item can be returned, the cost of
return is at the buyer's expense, and suitable insurance should be taken out
depending on the cost of the item.
A restocking charge would normally apply and as this varies from
item to item, we will advise you before any action is taken.
In either case, once the item has been returned, we will notify
you that we have received it and checked it, and any refund will be credited
via the original purchase platform.
Once it has been agreed that the item can be returned, it must
be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return.

Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
Provided the conditions above are met BST Accessories will refund the cost of all such returns provided the items are returned to us by the most economical method. The items remain your property until we have received them. Returns are accepted at the discretion of BST Accessories. Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment. Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.
Use of Site
BST Accessories reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel transactions at it's discretion, if BST Accessories believes that customer conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable law or our terms and conditions, or is harmful to the interests of BST Accessories. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Contracts are established at time of dispatch.
